To ask a question:

1. you must register and choose a user name for yourself. Please do not use your real name. You will be asked for an email address, this is only for verification and to send you notification when your question is answered, should you choose that option. We do not collect or use these email addresses.

2. Open the "Ask a Question Here" discussion.

3. Click on "New Thread." A text box you can type in will open.

4. Type you question.

5. If you wish to get email notification of when the answer is posted, check "email notification."

6. Click submit

7. Watch your email for notification of an answer posted, or come back to the forum in 48 hours.
